Brian Moscaritolo State Farm is seeking a fully licensed Customer Service Representative with prior State Farm agency experience to join our team remotely. This role is designed for a professional who excels at delivering exceptional service while confidently identifying in-book sales opportunities that strengthen customer protection.

The ideal candidate understands State Farm systems, workflows, and expectations and can independently manage service requests while naturally pivoting conversations into needs-based coverage reviews and cross-sell opportunities.

Licensing & Experience Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license required
 • Active Life & Health license required
 • Minimum 1 year prior State Farm agency experience required
 • Proven ability to balance customer service responsibilities with sales production

Role Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for policyholders—handling service requests, policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims follow-up while also conducting thoughtful coverage conversations that lead to in-book sales.

This role requires someone organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong production awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Provide prompt, professional service for policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and billing inquiries

Support customers through the claims process and follow up as needed

Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions

Pivot service conversations into cross-sell and upsell opportunities when appropriate

Quote and close additional auto, fire, or life policies within the existing book of business

Maintain accurate documentation within State Farm systems

Collaborate with the agency team to support retention and growth goals

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
