Brian Moscaritolo State Farm is seeking a fully licensed Customer Retention Specialist with prior State Farm agency experience to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is designed for a professional who excels at delivering exceptional service while confidently strengthening customer relationships and generating growth through in-book sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate understands State Farm systems and workflows and can independently manage customer service needs while identifying coverage gaps and recommending solutions that improve protection and retention.

Licensing & Experience Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license required
 • Active Life & Health license required
 • Minimum 1 year prior State Farm agency experience required
 • Proven ability to balance service responsibilities with sales awareness

Role Overview

As a Remote Customer Retention Specialist, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for policyholders—supporting renewals, policy updates, billing inquiries, and claims conversations while identifying opportunities to improve coverage through needs-based recommendations.

This role requires someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently while contributing to agency growth through strong retention and thoughtful in-book sales.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals, policy updates, and coverage questions

Handle policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and claims follow-up

Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and strengthen protection

Pivot service conversations into cross-sell and upsell opportunities when appropriate

Quote and close additional auto, fire, or life policies within the existing book

Maintain accurate documentation within State Farm systems

Collaborate with the agency team to support retention and production goals

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
